All payments made to the bookings are treated as a deposit and are credited towards the stay, and in the event of cancellation of the reservation they are not refundable (zgodnie z art. 394 Ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny Dz. U. Nr 16, poz. 93 ze zm.).

-On arrival day, please prezent your identity documents

for registration and payment for your stay

-The day of your check out please give your keys back to the reception

-In the case of shortening the stay, no refund is given

-Order breakfast until 6 pm on the previous day

-Ordered breakfast – we serve between 7.30 and 10.00

-Smoking is prohibited in the room and guesthous

-In the area and in the inside can stay only guests from guesthous

-Water Equipment is lent to guests on their responsibility

-Unprotected parking

-If the guest damage equipment in the room or around the guesthouse

he has to pay for this

-If guest lose the key of the room, he has to pay for this

-Main gate and guesthouse closeat 10pm

-Quiet hours in and around the guesthous from 11pm to 7 am

-We don t  accept pets
